To provide a certified translation of your document:
1- let me know about the document(s) for which you need certified translation.
2- Email high resolution and clear scan copy of your original document(s).
3- Email a scan copy of your ID, i.e. passport/driving license.
4- There is often no need for posting the original documents and IDs, however, you will be notified if more docs are needed.
5- You will then receive a quote for certified translation of your document(s), VAT and the postage fee included.
6- Certified translation is usually provided in 5 working days, however for emergency scenarios, customers can use the rush translation package.
7- Upon your confirmation, the job shall be started. Customers can receive a draft and review the spelling of proper names and dates prior to certification.
8- An invoice is provided at this stage to pay against a receipt.
9- A scan copy of your final certified translation will be emailed for you, and the original certified translation attached with a true copy of the original document will be posted to the address you provide and the postage receipt shall be provided.
